Yoga Classes during the Corona Virus Outbreak!!!
All face to face classes are currently suspended. Government guidelines are changing quickly. Currently only 1:1 yoga sessions are allowed in a private outdoor setting. If you are interested in doing this, please contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hopefully, things will change soon.
Yoga Sessions Live on Zoom
A couple of classes are available live via Zoom. One is on Monday at 11am and the other is on Thursday at 11am. Please email me at email@example.com if you are interested in joining in with these sessions.
Free Online Yoga Sessions for Beginners
If you would like to try yoga, I am offering sessions aimed at the complete beginner. The sessions will be streamed live via Zoom so we can interact in real time. The pace of the class will be slow and will be aimed at a range of abilities. Variations and modifications will be given if you have any particular health issues such as a bad back, shoulder or hip problems. They will take place every Wednesday at 11am starting from 29th April 2020. If you are interested, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have started offering online video classes to my current students. I will also be offering livestreaming sessions from next week. I am also able to offer sessions to new students. Any new student will need to complete a health questionnaire and we will need to have an online chat before a student can join. If you are interested, please contact me by email – email@example.com or Facebook.
You can live an extraordinary life
Yoga has been practised around the world for thousands of years. It is a low impact form of exercise which is accessible to all – not just the super-bendy.
Fight stress & find serenity
In these classes, you will not only improve your physical health – strength, stamina, balance, posture and, of course, suppleness. You will also feel more relaxed, content, have more energy, feel optimistic and think more creatively. This is because yoga deals with the emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of a person as well as the physical side. We do this through posture work, breathing exercises and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and it calms body, mind, and spirit.
