Yoga Sessions Face-to-Face and on Zoom
All classes are now available as face-to-face classes but if you wish to attend via Zoom, then that is still an option. This means you have the choice to attend in person or join in from the comfort of your own home. All are welcome to attend online especially if you are still shielding or living with someone who is shielding and cannot attend indoor sessions.
